Living Well With Dementia - "We're in it together"

I have been privileged to work with people with dementia and their carers in co-creating a regional vision and dementia strategy for the East Midlands. We have been discovering what it means to live well with dementia and working with practitioners, managers, service commissioners and providers across five local and health authorities to make this happen for everyone. This section includes:
